About the Role
The Learning Support Teacher role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure each child grows academically and spiritually. The key responsibilities include:
* Identifying students who may need additional support, taking into account their academic and spiritual growth.
* Collaborating with parents, teachers, other school staff members, and external service providers to provide a comprehensive support network for children.
* Facilitating referral procedures when necessary and coordinating assessments in collaboration with relevant professionals.

In order to be successful as a Learning Support Teacher one must demonstrate the following skills: Excellent communication skills that enable you to work effectively within teams of educators,
personnel from Community Services Organizations (CSO)and also externally towards parents or guardians
as well as creating supportive learning environments.
The position requires someone highly motivated yet ableto remain composed under pressure whilst ensuring appropriate protocols are followed at all times
