We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Investigations team. As a Trainee Factual Investigator, you will be responsible for working closely with our team in the day-to-day operations of our division.
Job Description
Prepare and write formal reports and documents for clients. Review investigator field notes. Conduct enquiries and liaise daily with clients and investigators. Ongoing investigations administration and support.
Requirements
* Proven administration experience (1-2 years).
* An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
* Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
* Time management and organisational skills.
* Great customer focus and dedication.
* A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
* A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
