Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to junior staff members
• Collaborate closely with F&B Service teams and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Articulate ideas for seasonal and promotional menus that showcase the resort's unique offerings

Requirements:
• Technical experience working in high-functioning kitchens
• Relevant trade qualification (Cert II in Cookery)
• Demonstrated experience in contemporary dining settings
• Strong knowledge of WH&S legislation and health regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
