Experienced Steelfixers for the Pilbara required for long-run project works across Dampier and Karratha.
You'll be placed on the site that best suits your experience:
* Precast Yard – Karratha (fabrication of beams, planks, wharf components)
* Wharf Construction – Dampier (precast installation and in-situ concrete works)
Roster & shifts
* 20:8 FIFO roster
* Unpaid RDO rostered between days 7–14
* 10hr shifts at the precast yard
* 12hr shifts on the wharf
* Day and night shift (allocated to balance crews — preferences considered, not guaranteed)
* Night shift attracts 20% uplift
Pay & conditions
* $65/hr flat rate
* Meals, flights, accommodation and site transport provided
* In-town / LIA camps
* Single rooms with queen beds
Project length & Mobilisation
* Approx. 6 months of work
* Start dates: 5th, 12th, 19th or 26th January
* Mobilisation typically 1–2 weeks
Requirements
* White Card
* PPA Access Card
* Tickets & Licenses
* Proven experience on fast-paced project sites
* Ability to pass full medical and lab D&A
* Completion of two online inductions
This is steady FIFO work with proper site setup and clear expectations.
