With a diverse and experienced team, the company fosters an inclusive and dynamic workplace while empowering advice practices to achieve outstanding client outcomes.Job DescriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with advisers as a trusted strategic partner.Deliver tailored training sessions on platform features, updates, and regulatory changes.Conduct regular adviser meetings to review service performance and business objectives.Act as an escalation point for Account Managers and resolve complex adviser queries.Analyse adviser engagement data to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.Implement targeted engagement plans to drive platform adoption and retention.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and enhance client experience.Gather adviser feedback and share insights with Product teams to influence development.Stay current on wealth management trends, regulations, and competitor platforms to provide relevant insights.The Successful Applicant3+ years' experience in Relationship Management, ideally within wealth management, investment platforms, financial advice, or stockbroking.Strong industry knowledge of wealth management, portfolio administration, and regulatory frameworks.Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and long-term partnerships.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.Strategic mindset with the ability to align platform solutions with advisers' business objectives.Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using insights to identify risks and opportunities.Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in influencing both advisers and internal teams.Professional, adaptable, and resilient, with strong time management and organisational skills.Collaborative team player with a positive approach to change and client-centric mindset.
