About the Role
This role is a key part of our team, focusing on development and compliance. As a Development Compliance Officer, you will be working closely with the Planning team to investigate and enforce compliance matters related to development, environment, building, rural lands and local laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide support to the Planning team in undertaking investigations and enforcement action on compliance matters relating to development, environment, building, rural lands and local laws.
The successful candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
This job requires high level time management skill as well as ability in setting priorities. You will need strong analytical skills with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to your duties in this position.
You must also have effective written communication skills which enable you generate clear concise reports at all times.
