We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team. Here at Bendix and Trico you will have the opportunity to develop your existing payroll skill set whilst being presented with opportunities to further develop your finance acumen. Reporting to the HR Manager and being part of our small team - you will be an integral member that supports our operations. Having a flexible, can-do attitude will be key to your day-to-day.
For us, the right person is key. We are open to individuals that are seeking part-time hours across Mon-Fri.
What you'll be doing……
* Undertake end to end processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles for our two Australian entities
* Maintain employee records within our HRIS, ensuring personnel information and remuneration arrangements comply with awards, employment contracts and enterprise agreements
* Carry out month end payroll reporting
* Process superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax and child support payments
* Reconcile insurance remittances
* Collate monthly reporting data
What you'll bring…….
* Demonstrated payroll processing (ideally 3-5 years) experience
* Ability to work autonomously
* Good working knowledge of awards and exposure to enterprise agreements
* Strong attention to detail and a customer centric mantra
* Experience with UKG (Kronos), highly advantageous
* A can do attitude
