My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager or seasoned Foreman to lead the delivery of a new build education project in Gosford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable T2 head contractor and solid team of professionals.
Length of contract: 12 months approx
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel effectively.
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, site policies, and quality standards
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve structural and technical issues
* Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman on education or school projects .
* Strong structural construction experience
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project planning
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
* Relevant construction or civil engineering qualifications are highly desirable
