The Role
Purpose and Scope
The Engineering & Construction Integrator coordinates resourcing, scheduling, administration, and supervision of tasks, processes, and procedures supporting facility assets, infrastructure, and systems.
Essential Responsibilities
* Coordinate scheduling, resourcing, and supervision of the Engineering, Projects, Integration & Construction (EPIC) team members.
* Plan and track task integration across the EPIC functional area.
* Serve as Configuration Management Coordinator on the Configuration Management Board.
* Administer reporting of EPIC data and metrics.
* Manage EPIC-led working and advisory group processes.
* Support EPIC leadership with administrative tasks.
* Coordinate training schedules for EPIC personnel.
* Maintain health and safety standards at the site and workplace.
Qualifications
Minimum Essential
* Bachelor's Degree or Certificate IV in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Desirable
* Master's degree in a related discipline.
Tickets and Licenses
* Driver's License.
Experience and Skills – Minimum Essential
* At least 5 years of progressive experience in relevant industries.
* Knowledge of configuration management and process development.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Teamwork and adaptability skills.
* Customer-focused mindset.
Work Environment & Demands
Typical office setting, occasional lifting, kneeling, standing, walking, sitting, and mental alertness are required.
Work Requirements
* Minimum 18 years old.
* Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
* Australian or US citizenship.
