**About the Assignment**

The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the Perth-based Santos Aviation team. This includes providing day-to-day personnel logistics and aviation services support to the Company's Operations and Development projects.
**Tasks include**:
- Provide administrative support to the Perth-based Santos Aviation team.
- Administer end-to-end travel and personnel logistics, including both fixed-wing and rotary-wing movements (may require out of hours contact).
- Administer aviation assurance activities, including scheduling, record keeping, and tracking / closure of audit findings.
- Tracking and closure of Client Occurrence Reports.
- Conduct annual review of all aviation documents and maintain document control for all aviation records.
- Administer annual aviation reporting for rotary and fixed wing movements.
- KPI reporting on aviation operations and monitors closure of actions to improve performance.
- Scheduling and administration of monthly aviation operations meetings with Aviation Service Providers.
- Maintain accurate cost control of all aviation services, including invoice validation and reconciliation.
- Provides administrative support on the Santos travel management system.
- Ability to support Aviation Coordinators in the delivery of end-to-end travel arrangements to the business.
- Compliance with the Santos Management System (SMS).
- Compliance with the Santos Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Compliance with the Santos Corporate Governance and Safety requirements.
**This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.**
**Location for this assignment is Perth, WA - working full-time office hours.**
**About You**
Essential experience required for this position includes:
- Experience with aviation and travel requirements in the offshore Oil and Gas sector.
- Technical knowledge of Travel bookings systems (eg VPOB / TABS / DaWinci).
- Experience with travel booking processes and systems.
- Understanding of supply chain requirements for offshore helicopter support.
- Desired experience for this position includes:
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial acumen and awareness.
**Qualifications**
Essential qualifications required for this position are:
- Completion of High School Education
Desired qualifications for this position are:
- Formal aviation qualification (desirable)
