SMEC is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to provide support and manage the database environment for its core business applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing production SQL servers within a corporate environment, as well as knowledge of windows scripting, database development, and C# programming.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide database administration and manage the testing, training, and production database environment;
* Provide application deployment and support for core business applications;
* Advise and administer advanced database optimization initiatives.
Requirements
* Experience in managing production SQL servers within a corporate environment;
* Knowledge of windows scripting, including batch script, VBS, and PowerShell;
* Database development skills, including writing complex SQL scripts, reporting writing, and ETL process development;
* Basic knowledge of C# programming;
* Experience in ERP implementation is highly regarded.
