About the Role

As our Branch Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations within the Windows & Doors division. You will provide essential administrative, project, and customer service support to ensure smooth workflow across sales, production, and project teams. Your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating day‐to‐day administrative tasks, managing branch emails/voicemails, and supporting managers with documentation and compliance requirements.
* Creating and maintaining project files, entering project data into EBS, and assisting with progress claims, billing, variations, and reporting.
* Providing frontline customer service including phone, counter, and email enquiries, along with processing sales orders, payments, and customer paperwork.
* Raising purchase orders, receipting goods, monitoring supplier deliveries, and managing internal and external purchasing tasks.
* Generating and reviewing a variety of operational, sales, and project reports to support branch performance and end‐of‐month requirements.
* Assisting with logistics coordination, including delivery scheduling, dispatch preparation, and resolving shipping or account-related issues.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative and excellent communication skills. To succeed in this role, you will have:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or business support
* Experience as an Assistant or in a high‐level admin role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience using an ERP system (highly regarded)
* A quick learner with strong systems and process capability
