Overview
Senior UX Designer
We are looking for a talented UX Designer to take ownership of the customer journey across ecommerce platforms. This role focuses on turning insight into action by balancing visual design with usability to create digital experiences that truly work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve existing site flows, launch new features, and refine every interaction point. From mapping user behavior to designing clean, responsive interfaces, you will play a key role in shaping how users engage with our brand online.
Responsibilities
Leading UX thinking across product pages, checkout flows, and site navigation
Using data, heatmaps, and testing tools to inform and optimise designs
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Ensuring consistency across mobile and desktop experiences
Collaborating with developers to bring designs to life accurately
Proactively identifying friction points and edge cases across the user journey
Experience / Qualifications
UX/UI experience, ideally within ecommerce or quick-paced digital environments
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices
Confident communicator who can justify design choices and present ideas clearly
Detail-focused, with the ability to blend form and function seamlessly
