Our composite fibre technologies (CFT) business at Wellcamp needs you to be involved in the supply chain process from procurement to customer delivery. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into our business, which operates in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor supply chain strategies to meet business objectivesMaintain procurement processes, including managing suppliersStock control management in line with minimum/maximum levels including counts, reconciling and trouble shooting to maintain accurate stock countsFreight and logistics coordination including maintaining international shipping and customs clearance processesCoordinate routing, shipping methods, and warehouse operationsProvide general administration support: stock control, production support, purchasing and invoice processing, supplier coordination, and logistics assistanceMaintain records, produce order/delivery reports, and perform general sales/logistics administration
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in supply chain and inventory managementEffective communication and negotiation skills to build productive relationships with suppliersBags of initiative to identify problems and discrepancies, come up with solutions, and implement them to increase efficienciesGreat interpersonal skills to contribute to a high-functioning teamAn analytical mind and willingness to be a self-starter and work autonomouslyProficiency in ERP and supply chain software (e.g. Pronto) is desirable but not essential
This role may suit a current store manager or warehouse operator with some inventory and stock experience, who is keen to take the next step in their career with a growing ASX listed company.
