We are currently seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Systems Manager to join our team. This role offers a challenging opportunity for an experienced engineer to oversee and manage all hydraulic services across multiple defence bases.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
* Relevant certifications in WQM and WWM.
* Ideally 5 years' experience in hydraulic engineering, preferably within the defence sector or large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Experience in managing bore water systems and regulatory compliance.
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement abilities and complex project management experience.
A valid driver's licence is also required. Additionally, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with stakeholders to maintain project goals.
2. Conducting regular inspections and audits of hydraulic systems and processes.
3. Developing Water Quality Management (WQM) and Water Waste Management (WWM) plans.
4. Developing and maintaining Service Definition Tables (SDT) for hydraulic services.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Managing bore water systems, including maintenance and compliance.
7. Preparing reports and documents for regulatory compliance and project management.
8. Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
