About the Job
We are seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payables and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Collating and distributing invoices for approval;
* Processing supplier invoices;
* Vendor setup, maintenance and reconciliations;
* Credit card and employee expense management;
* Daily bank reconciliations;
* Weekly and monthly payment runs;
* Maintaining a subcontractor register;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* An intermediate level of Excel skills;
* Knowledge of the General Ledger;
* Excellent time management and negotiation skills;
* Attention to detail;
* Excellent communication and written skills;
