The Job:
We seek a passionate individual dedicated to enhancing customer experience at Aero Healthcare. Bringing energy and insights, you will engage with customers, aligning your natural flair for service with company values.
Key qualities include initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams such as purchasing, warehousing, production, and IT.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and triage to relevant departments
* Assist customers with questions and issues
* Take messages and follow up on orders and deliveries
* Liaise with freight providers to ensure timely delivery
* Update customers and internal systems accurately
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, enjoy helping others, and possess good computer skills, including CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency. A confident communicator and calm demeanor are essential.
