Location: Indooroopilly based
Hours: 6 to 8 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management
* Schedule and publish posts according to our content calendar.
* Ensure all content aligns with our brand's voice and messaging.
Community Engagement
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews and mentions.
* Build and nurture a positive online community.
* Identify and engage with relevant influencers and communities.
Analytics and Reporting
* Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools.
* Generate reports on metrics like engagement, reach, and website clicks.
* Use data insights to optimise social media strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
* Research and implement social media trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
* Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in social media management.
* Robust understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
