Job Title
This role is a critical addition to support our programmatic operations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for servicing multiple clients across various industries.
This includes providing administrative support, loading and checking media bookings, developing relationships with client partners, and assisting with document preparation.
* Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and Executive
* Servicing specific clients with entry-level media maths and terminology
* Use of media industry tools to load, check, optimise and report on media bookings
* Develop effective working relationships with client agency partners and media owners
* Assistance with document preparation; post analysis, final buys, competitive and planning
* General administration tasks including: filing, scanning and WIP update
Requirements
* Strong interest in developing a comprehensive understanding of the media marketplace
* Capacity for effective communication and high attention to detail
* Effective time and project management skills
* Analytical experience with Excel preferred
