Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
This role is responsible for championing our Home Healthcare (HHC) marketing strategy. In this pivotal role, you will define, execute, and measure consumer-facing initiatives that connect Air Liquide Healthcare with patients across Australia.
The primary objective is to translate clinical information into compelling, compliant, and emotionally resonant messaging. You will be responsible for the full patient journey—from digital lead generation and online experience to the physical environment of our clinics nationally.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Strategy & Insight: Define mid-to-long-term strategies to improve patient referrals and product awareness. Conduct market research and segmentation to understand patient needs and barriers
* Patient Journey: Develop and manage the B2C patient journey map, identifying critical touchpoints to improve adherence and outcomes
* Digital & Lead Gen: Drive growth through targeted digital marketing and manage our online ecosystem (e-store, social media, websites) to boost traffic and sales
* Brand & Clinics: Oversee the standardised design and patient experience of our clinics nationally, ensuring our visual charter is strictly enforced
* Campaign Management: Create resources and campaigns, utilising data to evaluate effectiveness and ensure a high ROI.
* Budgeting: Manage marketing budgets and expenditures for campaigns, printing, and clinic fit-outs.
Are you a MATCH?
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field highly regarded
* Two years of related marketing experience, ideally with exposure to project management
* Proficient in Microsoft/Google Suites, with hands-on experience in Canva, Shopify, and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Strong ability to analyse data/ROI, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to present to management and staff.
