We have got an exciting opportunity for Saler and Course Advisor to be part of our team at IT Masters at Melbourne or Sydney. We are seeking both a full time and a part time (0.5) person.

IT Masters partners with Charles Sturt University as the leading provider of Online Post Graduate IT degrees since 2002. With specialisations in Cyber, Cloud & Networks, Project Management an MBA and more we are proud of our students and team.

As a key member of the team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to progress your career within the education industry. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and is self-motivated and an enthusiastic 'go-getter'.

Key Responsibilities:

* Student calls and follow up as required
* Self -management of calls list
* Recording information accurately in the database
* Lead engagement: build and maintain strong connections with prospective students, and evoke a desire to study though thorough follow up
* Participation in group projects and other call campaigns

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

* A customer-focused approach, with good phone communication and effective listening skills
* Strong organisation and task management skills, adherence to timelines and able to follow direction when required
* Proactive and capable of working in a self-directed manner
* Comfortable with technology and able to work from home or office
* Experience in domestic higher education or b2b sales will be well regarded
