This role is Part Time and based at Murwillumbah
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver LLN and components of accredited training to clients specifically relating to Foundation Skills qualifications in compliance with ASQA framework and NORTEC policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholder to ensure desired outcomes and delivery hours are achieved in accordance with the contract
- Undertake accurate record keeping and reporting duties to ensure compliance and consistency
- Work with a diverse range of students with varying learning requirements
- Meet program timeframes for assessments of referrals & commencements
**Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential for this role.
- TAESS00009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set or willingness to obtain.
- Well-developed knowledge of the core employability skills framework and ACSF
- Ability to create learning resources and assessments relevant to the program delivery area
- Have proven experience achieving positive outcomes including client participation, retention and compliance
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs and internet research techniques
- Demonstrate flexible and adaptive training delivery experience with the ability to travel to attend meetings and training outside standard business hours as required
- Current Working with Children Check clearance for NSW/QLD or ability to obtain it prior to commencing employment and willingness to undertake AFP National Police Check
- Driver's License and reliable transport
- Current First Aid Certificate
**Highly Desirable Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- A diploma or higher level qualification in adult education including a unit in foundation skills with relevant teaching hours (100+) **_OR_**:
- A specialist Adult Literacy qualification **_OR_**:
- A recognized TESOL qualification
