About the Role
We are looking for an experienced business leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals across multiple stores in the Southern metro area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering consistent sales and profit results in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. They will possess strong experience in customer service, sales leadership, and people development.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
* Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and loyalty through excellent customer service skills
* Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
