The role of a Pool & Spa Service Technician is to deliver top-tier services to residential and commercial clients.
This position involves providing clean and safe spas and pools, offering quality customer service, performing water analysis and chemical balancing, diagnosing equipment issues, and assisting with new installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Chemical Balancing: Ensure optimal water chemistry for spas and pools.
* Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment issues to maintain pool and spa functionality.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
