OverviewThe Membership Services Coordinator is the primary point of contact at the Club for members of East Perth Football Club and the Chairman's Club and other Future membership groups.
The role will ensure that the Club is portrayed as a professional organization to the satisfaction of the Chief Executive Officer and its Members.Requirements of the PositionAbility to present and communicate in a professional manner when liaising with the general public, members, players and fellow staff.Ability to manage telephone communications effectively and efficiently.A sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and CanvaAbility to multi-task across a variety of functionsProficient with social media platformsExperience in coordinating Membership programsCoordinating events and RSVP\'sIn MailChimp and SurveyMonkeyDuties and ResponsibilitiesHandle membership enquiries in person, online and over the phoneThe Membership Services Coordinator must be available to work at each East Perth Football Club home game throughout the football season to assist with membership and merchandise sales and Club promotions.Responsible for the coordination of Chairman\'s Club Corporate Networking events and fundraising endeavorsResponsible for all communication with members of East Perth Football Club and the Chairman's Club including but not limited toE-Newsletter: Compile and distribute the weekly East Perth Football Club e-newsletter to members and sponsors.Website Update: Ensure that the East Perth Football Club website is maintained and kept up to date.Social Media Updates: Ensure all East Perth social media pages and handles are checked and updated regularly.Receipt and processing of memberships applications and paymentsEntry into database of membership information.Assist the Chief Executive Officer, Administration Manager and Marketing Manager co-ordinate arrangements and attend when required at Club functions and fundraising activities, includingPlayer SponsorshipsCorporate ClassicSportsmen's Evenings and BreakfastsSeason Launch BallRafflesUnlock job insightsYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Membership Service Coordinator?
