**About the Program**
The Western Sydney Recovery college at ODMH is an innovative approach to inclusive education and recovery within the community and mental health sector, utilising a collaborative, community driven model of adult education to assist people in their recovery and increase knowledge, skills and awareness of mental health within the community.
**About the Role**
The Administration Officer will work with the Recovery College Manager and Education officer to support the operations of the Recovery College. You will be providing a high level of administrative support.

**Your skills and experience**

**_Essential_**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organise and prioritise work while managing competing deadlines
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and a proactive approach
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal with a wide range of people including internal and external clients
- Sound IT competence with Microsoft programs, Client Management Systems, electronic timesheets, HRIS and ability to adapt to new systems as they are introduced
**_Desirable_**
- Understanding of the administrative requirements for an educational institution
- Knowledge of the NSW Mental Health system & community based mental health services
- A demonstrated understanding of the Recovery based approach to assisting people with severe and persistent mental illness
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of people and communities.
**Additional Details**
One Door Mental Health requires all staff to have a Police Check clearance, a current Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance and appropriate COVID-19 Vaccination (x3 Doses).
