About the role
As our Marketing Coordinator for Automotive, and reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this role will lead the coordination of creation and rollout of marketing assets for product launches and tactical campaigns, as well as supporting Service, Finance, and Accessory teams with point-of-sale (POS) collateral and website content.
This role blends creative execution with operational excellence, managing governance processes including invoice handling, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
How you'll make an impact
* Lead the coordination of marketing assets for product launches and tactical campaigns, ensuring timely rollout
* Work closely with creative and media agencies, as well as internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment of marketing materials
* Assist with asset reviews and legal compliance
* Collaborate with Service, Finance, Accessory, Legal and Product Planning teams to develop and update POS collateral
* Support dealer-led marketing initiatives by providing tools, templates, and training, while acting as a key liaison to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across the network
* Manage administrative tasks and support with reporting and documentation for campaign performance
What you'll bring to Honda
* Similar experience in a Marketing role, ideally within Automotive or Retail industry
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related field
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Creative thinker with a passion for brand and customer experience.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Office 365
* Experience with CMS platforms and budget tracking tools is preferred
