About the role
Retail Team Leader demonstrate emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing that knowledge with their team.
It's an opportunity to showcase merchandising and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Display and enforce a safety culture to ensure safety of yourself, teammates and customers
Work in large format retail stores focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
Multitasking and prioritisation
Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
Show passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)
Note: This role may require lifting, bending and climbing.
