Niramar is a business that provides complete Commercial electrical solution service to builders all over South Australia. This position has been made possible due to continued growth in our business.
As part of our Estimating team, you'll play a key role in developing competitive, accurate project tenders and identifying opportunities that support business growth. You'll collaborate closely with suppliers, subcontractors and clients, to support business growth across a diverse range of commercial projects.
What skills do you need to bring to this position
· The ability to attend site inspections, review project documentation and prepare competitive tenders and bids in collaboration with other team members for projects of all sizes
· Electrical trade background or relevant qualification
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to demonstrate teamwork, organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
· The ability to lead client discussions and negotiate successful outcomes
· Develop project schedules and budgets
· Keep accurate and thorough documentation
· Proactively pursuing new business opportunities
Ideally, 3-5 year prior experience in a similar role is what we are seeking; you must be computer literate using Microsoft office suite; have experience in SimPRO, ground plan and/or bluebeam if possible (or show an aptitude for learning)
