The Role:
As a Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by selling the company's all in one platform to real estate agencies. You'll combine direct new business sales, relationship management with referral partners, and close collaboration with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Sales & Deal Closing:
• Engage agencies (50–5,000 properties) and articulate the platform's value
• Deliver confident product demonstrations
• Close deals and coordinate smooth handovers to onboarding teams
• Participate in events, workshops, webinars, and social media promotion
Referral Partnership Management:
• Build and nurture referral partner relationships
• Leverage Ambassador and Referral Programs to generate qualified leads
• Maintain a strong, predictable pipeline through partner channels
Client Onboarding Collaboration
• Work closely with onboarding teams for seamless setup
• Provide operational feedback to improve onboarding processes
Sales Hygiene & Reporting
• Maintain meticulous CRM data in HubSpot
• Follow structured, data driven sales processes
• Participate in regular team meetings
• Support team initiatives and performance objectives
Training & Onboarding:
0–4 Weeks (Onboarding Specialist)
• Product training
• Industry and competitor landscape
• Demo framework training
• Shadowing sessions
4–10 Weeks (Enablement Specialist)
• Live coaching on calls and demos
• Deal structure guidance
