The Role
Branch Managers are pivotal to our success. They cultivate our culture, drive sales, and deliver top-notch customer service. As the heartbeat of our branch, you'll often be the first point of contact for our customers at Instant Windscreens. If you're driven by success, possess strong leadership qualities, and have automotive experience with a customer-first mindset, this role is tailor-made for you. We are looking for individuals who see this as an opportunity to start or grow their management journey.
We\u2019re Looking For Someone Who
* Has experience in the automotive or automotive glass industry (preferred)
* Can manage a branch booking schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
* Brings energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
* Communicates exceptionally well with staff and customers
* Can build and lead a collaborative team environment
* Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Has intermediate to advanced computer skills
* Can effectively manage stock, assets and a small team
