The Role :
1. Within a primary health care context and under the guidelines of the Community Home Care Service Program (CHSP) and the Tasmanian Home and Community Care Program (HACC), supervise and coordinate activities of the Home Care Service (HCS).
2. Provide effective and efficient supervision of human and physical resources of the HCS.
3. Provide supportive on-the-job training.
4. Work with a diverse team within the community setting.
5. Permanent role.

Details of appointment :
Permanent, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 4 May 2025. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.

Salary :
$73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary is in accordance with the Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.

You’ll have access to salary packaging benefits including living expenses up to $9,010, $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, and other benefits if eligible.
