About the Opportunity

As the Enrolled Nurse, you will
- Deliver person‐centred, evidence‐based nursing/midwifery care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation, under the direct/indirect supervision of a registered nurse.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.
About You
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Exceptional Patient Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
- Critical Thinking: Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.
