Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Growth Officer to lead our sales organization across key Southeastern markets, driving top-line growth and market share expansion through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in multiple markets.
* Mentor and manage a team of sales managers and representatives, providing coaching and guidance on performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align goals and deliver results, ensuring peak performance from the sales team.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, leveraging relationships and network to drive revenue growth.
* Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to senior leadership.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth and expansion.
* Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and scaling teams, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
