Senior Land Surveyor Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our surveying department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services on a variety of projects across New South Wales.
Your primary focus will be on residential development and infrastructure projects, where your expertise and experience will make a significant impact. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tertiary qualifications in surveying and current registration with the Board of Surveying and Spatial Information of NSW (BOSSI) as a Registered Land Surveyor;
2. Extensive surveying experience relevant to NSW;
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn;
4. Ability to work independently, liaise professionally with clients, sub-consultants, and authorities, and meet deadlines through effective time management;
5. Willingness to engage in professional development and mentorship activities;
6. Proficiency in computer software such as 12d, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project or similar tools.
