About the Role
As Program Lead, you will be responsible for delivering programs in schools, maintaining relationships with students and community members, and mentoring First Nation students.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver NASCA programs in schools, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
* Maintain meaningful relationships with students, community members, and school staff.
* Support student learning and development through workshops, tutoring, and Life Skills activities.
* Organise physical education activities, including Traditional Indigenous Games.
* Foster opportunities for cultural exchange between community, schools, and NASCA.
* Create Personalised Learning Pathway Plans for NASCA students.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver programs and services within schools.
