About the Role As the Additional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for providing coaching and support to care home administrative teams in maintaining and executing the Additional Services program. Duties
5. Lead Additional Services Sales & Marketing within the Care Home, with the Care Home
6. Monitor resident satisfaction with the Additional Services program with the Care Home
7. Maintain Additional Services Compliance with the Care Home
8. Manage Third Parties and Vendors delivering Additional Services Products with the Care Home
9. Maintain/update support resources and processes to deliver the Additional Services program
10. Review of trends and outcomes of the periodic audits completed in care homes
11. Support to Customer Services Consultants with using the compliance tools in each care home
12. Provide the General Manager and Customer Service Consultant with Additional Services training and education
13. Monitor General Manager and Customer Service Consultant effectiveness with Additional Services Sales
14. In collaboration with the Resident Placement Team, drive uptake of the program and delivering education to all stakeholders
15. Support and mentor Customer Service Consultants achieve compliance with Bupa Additional Services polices and process as well as the legislation. Working with the care homes to ensure all risks are mitigated with regards to charging residents and not offering the service or delivering the product or service to one or more residents
Skills and Experience
16. Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
17. Proven track record to achieve set targets with consistent results
18. Experience in effectively dealing with customers, including handling objections and complaints
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of high performing team
21. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
22. Ability to self-manage performance against business requirements
