People and Culture Advisor

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Implement Strategies: To enhance employee wellbeing, engagement and growth through the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs.
* Build Strong Relationships: With internal teams and external partners to build trust and confidence in the advice and guidance provided.
* Champion Employee Voice: Ensure that the voice of our employees is heard and acted upon through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that the needs of our employees are met and that our organisation remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
* Proven Experience: In facilities management, human resources or a related field.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
* Commercial Acumen: Understanding of commercial principles and practices.
* Safety Focus: Commitment to working safely and promoting a culture of safety within the organisation.
