About the Role
You'll be supporting our team and playing a key role in turning enquiries into happy customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
Following up warm solar and battery leads via phone, email and SMS
Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups
Updating and maintaining our HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data and smooth workflows
Assisting with sending proposals, contracts and basic admin tasks
Updating calendar and communication channels so nothing is missed
Qualifications and Experience
CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
Strong phone and email communication skills
Basic administrative and data entry abilities
Minimum 1 year in sales support, lead generation or administrative roles
Previous experience in renewable energy or construction industry preferred but not essential
Requirements
Australian citizenship, permanent residency or valid work visa
Right to work in Australia without sponsorship
Year 12 completion or equivalent
Certificate in Business Administration or Sales preferred
Current driver's licence advantageous
Technical Skills
Comfortable learning new software systems quickly
Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Basic understanding of solar energy concepts (training provided)
