About the Role

Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day store operations and manage a close-knit team
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Manage stock levels and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in-store
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
