About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and presentation-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards
* Replenishing amenities and linen
* Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
* Maintaining public areas, corridors and back-of-house areas
* Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards
* Working efficiently within daily timeframes
What We're Looking For
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
* Availability to work mornings, weekends and public holidays as required
* A positive, reliable and professional attitude
