Job Description
o Identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes.
o Develop strategies and plans for process improvements.
o Collaborate with departments to integrate new processes and procedures.
o Develop and maintain process documentation.
o Facilitate training sessions on new processes and procedures.
o Provide recommendations on process enhancements.
o Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance.
o Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure processes align with organizational objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Process Analyst should have:
o A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
o Proficiency in process mapping and optimisation tools.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Knowledge of the public sector and its functions.
o The ability to work independently and within a team.
