Concession Manager Position
As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving a customer-focused culture and creating a memorable experience with every interaction. This role involves empowering the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive operational excellence and manage rosters to handle back-of-house administration efficiently.
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators by leveraging commercial acumen to drive sales and minimize shrinkage.
* Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of up to 5 staff members. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, commercial acumen to drive sales and minimize shrinkage, and attention to detail for styling and visual merchandising.
