About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office & Construction Administrator to provide essential support to our head office and on‑site operations across Brisbane. No two days will be the same in this role and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the entire business including our construction, maintenance, pre-construction, HR, sales and marketing teams! This role can be part‑time or full‑time and will be based primarily at our Hemmant head office with occasional visits to our project sites. Key Responsibilities In this a key role, you’ll keep our operations organised and efficient by: Managing day‑to‑day office operations, including meeting room coordination, shared inboxes, consumables, site access and office supplies Supporting all aspects of construction document management, such as maintaining site safety documentation, compliance records, and procedural controls Assisting with the coordination and ongoing management of On Site Companion requirements and actions across the business Working closely with the maintenance team to schedule, coordinate, and track activities and follow‑up actions About You We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and helpful, as this role is integral to keeping our daily operations running smoothly. To be successful in this role you'll need to be a whizz across the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, and be organised with excellent time management. As well as the above, you'll ideally have: Proven experience in a similar administration or office support role A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (highly desirable) A reliable, proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy The ability to effectively prioritise tasks, problem‑solve, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Exposure to systems such as Sign On Site and On Site Companion (highly desirable) Previous experience within construction, development, or blue‑collar industries (highly desirable) Ultimately, we're looking for the right fit, so if you're keen to grow your career in the construction and development industry but you feel like you may not meet every requirement listed above, we still encourage you to apply!
