Job Description
The Customer Business Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to drive customer engagement, planning, analysis, influencing, and collaboration across key brands within the Baby category. The role requires a strong understanding of the Grocery channels, financial management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Priorities & Responsibilities
1. Drive the best-in-class customer engagement, planning, analysis, influencing, and collaboration across KCA's brands in the Baby categories within Woolworths to ensure optimum profitability & budgeted NSV along with market share is achieved within specified volume, trade investment and category/brand strategy guidelines.
2. Responsible for accurate inputs into Promax and utilisation of account replenishing contacts, to assist the Demand Planning team (Prevail), in developing accurate sales forecasts.
3. Input into the development and implementation of long-term strategies to meet future customer requirements, including EDLP, Exclusive Pack offers and Value-added initiatives.
4. Achieve DPSM within Woolworths of KCA products, using Category Management principals, Business & Category reviews, Field Cycle Programs, Space Management and other applicable resources.
5. Coach and lead your direct report – National Account Manager BCC Woolworths.
6. Lead the of National Category and Customer Plans (JBP) through customer and stakeholder collaboration. This also includes responsibility pertaining to the annual population of the specific Customer plan with monthly updates.
7. Contribute to the review and negotiation of Woolworths Trading Terms by providing thorough analysis of Trade Investment, Profitability, Return on Investment, Sales Performance, Supply Chain & Receivables.
8. Take a leadership role in providing recommendations to Account Director, Category Development Managers and Field Sales regarding local market and account dynamics, competitive activity, promotional clashing, price trends, customer performance, sales opportunities, promotional programs and key category initiatives.
9. Achieve superior competitive advantage for KCA by developing and maintaining strong trading relationships with key Customers and all stakeholders.
10. Through personal activity manage customer claims within corporate guidelines and ensure account payment is kept within specified trading agreements, thereby optimising the company's working capital.
