Key Responsibilities:
Provide high level strategic advice and support to the Director Corporate Services, and senior managers across OPG.
Lead, manage and supervise teams to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of effective and high-quality services.
Develop, maintain and foster a high-level of client focus and a commitment to quality client and stakeholder service amongst the corporate area.
Prepare and oversee the preparation of complex reports, submissions, briefing notes, memorandums specific to Corporate Services activities.
Lead the development and implementation of planning processes and activities to ensure strategic and operational goals are met.
Establish and monitor performance and reporting for corporate services functions, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead and manage core corporate functions for OPG, such as oversight and monitoring of the annual budget and forward estimates, the co-ordination of governance activities and oversight of human resources practices and procedures
Develop and foster workplace practices that build a constructive culture with a focus on integrity, performance, capability building, personal accountability and nurturing of leadership potential.
Qualifications and conditions:
Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience relating to human resources, finance, public management or related disciplines would be highly desirable.
