A full-time opportunity exists for a Regional Case Manager based in our Moe office.
About The Role
Manage claims proactively within delegated authority to achieve cost-effective outcomes, addressing return to work barriers on individual claims.
Maintain customer service standards by promptly resolving inquiries.
Maintain and improve technical knowledge in claims management.
Stay updated with legislative changes and their practical application.
About You
Energetic and motivated with the ability to manage a demanding portfolio.
Experience in a customer-centric environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Superior customer service and communication skills.
