**About the Role**
Lead the team at our Trade Centre in Prestons, NSW as our next Store Manager and support its smooth and efficient running through customer, team, and sales focused responsibilities.
Day to day you'll be working with your team on the shop floor to sell and promote our large range of commercial and residential paints and products to achieve sales targets. You'll be developing sales and growth plans as well as keeping an eye on store administration including financials, budgets and stock levels, putting your skills in these areas to good use.

**Skills & Experience**
You'll be responsible for supporting your team, so you'll need to be passionate about developing others and have strong skills in this area to succeed. Your experience with stock management and knowledge of financials will mean you'll understand the demands of running a store and will ensure key goals are met. As a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual you'll also be driven to optimise sales. Other key skills and experience include:
- A valuable level of physical strength - you will need to move heavy product of up to 25kg
- Strong leadership and sales experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Paint knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
