Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their tight knight and dedicated team, working Monday - Friday situated in Norwest Business Park.
**About the role**
- Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.
- Preparing and issuing contracts
- Managing inbox
- General administration support
- Following up on contracts and paperwork
**About you**
- Proficiency to work effectively as a member of a team and independently to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience in similar position providing high standards of professional support
- Strong focus on customer service and a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience using QuickBooks or similar
