We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Assistants to support our bridal pop-up event in Gold Coast. This is a fantastic chance to work in a vibrant retail setting for a luxury bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Shift Details
* Saturday, 20th June 2026
* 9:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
* Assist brides-to-be and their guests in browsing and selecting items
* Handle product enquiries with knowledge and professionalism
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and help keep the space tidy and organised
* Support with basic event setup and pack down
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the pop-up
Requirements
* Previous retail experience is essential (bridal retail would be a bonus)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers
* Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced setting
* Positive attitude and team-player mindset
* Must have the relevant Right to Work documents and be able to provide these upon request
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
